About
Daniel Robert Harvey, a native New Englander, has well over a decade's worth of professional experience in high-end residential construction. Although his professional career began in Los Angeles, Dan's passion for building and carpentry started much earlier while helping his dad with projects at their family home in Swampscott, MA.
Dan moved out West after attending Boston College and found his way back into carpentry, working on residential construction job sites in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills. For eight years, he worked as a construction supervisor and project manager on some of Los Angeles’ most opulent homes. After receiving a certificate in Construction Management from UCLA, and shifting focus to working exclusively in custom millwork and finish carpentry, he returned to Massachusetts.
In 2017 Daniel Harvey Construction began serving the local communities of Boston's North Shore. Dan also held the role of Construction Manager with a building and architectural firm, Carpenter & MacNeille in Essex, MA, furthering his experience working on historic New England homes.
Dan, Katie, their daughter Ava, and dog Scooby, live in Marblehead, MA where they enjoy the beauty of the small local New England communities that surround them!
